NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION LA VITAMINE
Non-governmental organization (NGO) LA VITAMINE was established in autumn 2007 and its foundation is closely linked with the work of a dance pedagogue and a choreographer Lamine Gueye in the Czech Republic.
The aim of the NGO’s projects is to help to develop non-traditional ways in the modern dance education and to widen its accessibility to the general public, both to spectators and to dancers.
The aims of the NGO LA VITAMINE are:
- to create circumstances and opportunities for further education of dancers on professional, semi-professional and amateur level and thus to enable them to benefit from meetings with international artists through the organization of their visits in the Czech Republic and also through international exchange
- to support a creation of new dance performances and a co-operation with foreign choreographers
- to support an awareness and publicity about modern dance and movement in the general public
